TRIPLE M’S MWANA WANGA HITS 630,000 YOUTUBE VIEWS IN 4 DAYS
Your grandfather ‘DANDY KRAZY’ named you FAVOUR, a message from Triple M to his daughter in new dedication song MWANA WANGA.
A few weeks after rumours broke out that Kopala rapper Triple M had gotten late legendary artist Dandy Krazy’s daughter Comfort Chawezi Chibambo pregnant, he featured on That Zed Podcast to clear the air.
The artist mentioned that, true to the rumours that went viral he has a five-month-old daughter with Ms Comfort Chawezi. While fans were still trying to process what the artist announced, he released a song dedicated to his daughter titled ‘Mwana Wanga’.
“I’m now called a father, kwati bufi, when i head about your birth I cried tears of joy” the rapper vent on his smash record with has taken parents by storm.
The artist sends about a message of reassurance to his daughter and he highlights the love her grandfather ‘DANDY KRAZY’ had for her, giving her the name ‘FAVOUR’ as her middle name.
The song has so far accumulated over 630,000 YouTube views in 4 days, a rare achievement for Zambian artists highlighting the record’s potential commercial success. As of today, the song is not yet available on Spotify.
The artist now has a huge challenge on his hands – to surpass the success of his previous hit record follow featuring Malawi’s finest Driemo which currently stands at over 11.6 million YouTube views and 579,000 Spotify streams.
