OUR AIM IS TO UNITE SPORTS AND MUSIC – ZAM VICE PRESIDENT KB

Zambia Association of Musicians(ZAM) vice president shared a highlight of their meeting with newly elected team from Zambia Athletics Association(ZAA)as he stated that they aim to see sports and music come together as the two go hand in hand.
He wrote in part on his Facebook, “A new Era is born. The aim is to unite sports and music. These two go hand in hand. We are looking forward to getting the work started,” he further thanked ZAA new president Major Bernard Bwalya and his team.
ZAM president Mr. Brian Bwembya alias B Flow also took a moment to send good and prosperous wishes to the new ZAA national executive, which was being ushered in yesterday through his socials. The ZAM president and singer termed the change in office holders as a “new era of leadership.” He also sent salutations to the previous ZAA office holder, Mr. Elias Mpondela acknowledged his contribution to the organization.
Like his vice president, Mr. Brian Bwembya said the meeting they hard was centered on a discussion of a “shared vision of unity through music and athletics.”
Last month’s election saw creatives B Flow (Mr. Brian Bwembya) and KB ( Mr. Yahya Kaba) being elected as president and vice president of the Zambia Association of Musicians, respectively, a change whose massive celebration echoed across social media.
The two’s shoes have been dusty since taking office as they put in efforts to make the industry an enabling and favorable environment for artistic growth, and this discussions is just one of a few examples of many of their efforts.
