“BASHIKULU WANA, IT WAS A BIG LOSS” – TRIPLE M PAYS TRIBUTE TO LATE DANDY KRAZY DURING HIS MOSI DAY OF THUNDER PERFORMANCE

Mosi Day of Thunder attendees blasted into ecstatic screams when artist Triple M switched into tribute mode as he paid respect to not only the grandfather to his first born daughter Wana but to the whole Zambian music industry.
The rapper performed one of Dandy Krazy’s biggest hits ‘Dibili Dibili’ as fans sang along whilst he imitated the late legendary artist’s moves. A gesture the Mosi Day of Thunder attendees seemed to really appreciate.
After sweating to the energy requiring Dandy Krazy moves, rapper Triple M took a pause to share a tribute message from his heart. The rapper said, “Rest in peace, bashikulu WANA zoona. Pafwa bantu, pashala bantu zoona. But it was a very big loss, and it’s still a big loss, but anyway!”
Triple M then went ahead and sang a song titled ‘Mwana Wanga featuring Rachael and Leah’ which he wrote for his daughter WANA, who he had with Dandy Krazy’s daughter Comfort Chawezi as if to say thank you to the late legendary artist for blessing him with a beautiful mother to his child.
The late legendary artist Dandy Krazy died in a road traffic accident that claimed four other lives on Great North Road while on his way to perform at a New Year’s Eve event in Kitwe in December, 2024.
As it could be seen from the crowd, the response to his song as attendees sang it word for word – one couple tell that the artist was truly adored by many people and his music spoke to many.
