DALISOUL ADVISED ME TO HAVE AN IDENTITY DRESSING FOR ME TO BLOW UP QUICKLY – RECOUNTS DRIMZ

Popular Zambian artist Drimz Mr Muziq went on his socials to share a rather intimate story about how fellow artist Dalisoul helped him partly change his wardrobe after a visit to his place in Chowa, Kabwe.
Veteran singer Dalisoul had a cordial conversation with Drimz where he acknowledged that he knew how to sing but needed a wardrobe change in order to create an identity for himself – suggesting that it’ll help him get successful quickly.
Dalisoul sited his style as he mentioned that he has a headscarf, caterpults, which he puts in around his neck and a broom which he places on his Regius’ dashboard.
“I remember one day when Dalisoul mwana wamu komboni visited me at my humble place in CHOWA, he said, “Uziba boi, uimba bwino but kufunika ka swag kaweka che. Ine nimavala Chitambala na legeni mumukosi na chipyango pa dashboard ya Regius, but since iwe ulibe motoka ninga kusakilile ka swag ku city market kako weka uzaona uzapita fast,” said Drimz
He continued, “Guess what? Two weeks later, I went to have one of my favorite black t-shirts printed “DRiMZ”(laughs).”
He further added, “I have kept this t-shirt up to date just as a reminder of where I am coming from. Yes, I have kept it because I want one of my grandchildren, if not all of them, to wear this t-shirt and I will be a happy Grandpa, last!”
The singer was reflecting on a moment with fellow artist Dalisoul and how it inspired him to work on his outlook – a pinnacle moment in his assent to being a prominent industry player and a mainstream artist. “God’s grace brought me this far!” – the singer showed gratitude.
“All DRIMZ had was a dream,” a powerful statement he used in the opening of this reflection highlighting a powerful moment of nostalgia as he looked back on his early humble beginnings – did Dalisoul help a soul?
