THEY BRIED YOUR ALBUM IN A GRAVEYARD – PROPHET ELISHA TELLS AFUNIKA IN VIRAL PROPHECY VIDEO

A video has surfaced online of top Zambian artist Afunika with his wife at a church receiving a prophecy from a Copperbelt prophet identified as Hermes Elisha.

The said prophet told the singer that he is a great man who was supposed to rise. The man of God prophesied that some people buried his album at a graveyard, and because he didn’t join “something” they wanted him to, they decided to block him.

“They went and buried your album in a graveyard. Listen, you are a great man, and you’re supposed to rise, but the problem is there are certain men that took advantage of you. They had wanted you to join something and because you didn’t join, they decided to block you,” the prophet told Afunika in the viral video.

His prophecy continued as he revealed attempts on the singer’s life through an accident and that they once lived near a graveyard in Chintungu, revelations the singer and his wife unanimously confirmed before Afunika was sprayed with some liquid and prayed for.

Triggered by the viral video, the singer took to his Facebook live expressing shock as he questioned why the video had resurfaced after six months from the time he received the prophecy.

The singer further threw in propaganda theories saying that there are people trying to sabotage his current plans like the festival he announced recently, questioning why they shared that video and not his work. “Why is it circulating today? It’s like people want to divide my fans,” he added.

Afunika also took a moment to clarify that he did not go to the prophet to seek holy intervention but found himself at 2am at the church because of his wife. “I didn’t take myself there, I was called,” said the singer.

The singer who believed in what the prophet said revealed on the live stream that he found himself there after receiving a call from a person who told him to go to the church with a CD at 2am.

The singer rushed, thinking his wife he had dropped earlier at the church had gotten ill like she used to whenever the said prophet would come to Chingola. Upon his arrival, he was surprised as he was the topic of discussion later receiving the prophecy, which has gone viral.

While the singer views this a pure propaganda targeted at bringing his career to the ground, social users share a mixture of feelings over the issue with some standing in support of the move and some being skeptical, stating that no one is against him, he should just work hard.
