B QUAN’S NKONDO IS THE BIGEST CONSCIOUS SONG, ADD IT TO THE NOMINEES – VINCHENZO CRIES OUT
Artist Vinchenzo reacted to the 2025 Kwacha Music Awards 2025 nominees with gratitude for nominating him and recognizing his colleague B Quan Phamaika.
B Quan Phamaika has been nominated in two categories, Best Newcomer and Best Artist – Copperbelt Province.
Unsatisfied with his friend’s nominations, Vinchenzo M’bale requested the awards organisers to consider adding NKONDO featuring Vinchenzo M’bale to a category they deemed fit.
He wrote, “The truth is that it has been the best biggest conscious song in the country that more than a million people have healed from.”
He continued, “And it qualifies for song of the year as well as for best collaboration and the truth is it will give fair play to B Quan Phamaika.”
B Quan Phamaika’s Nkondo soared high as one of the top tracks this year, amassing over six million YouTube views.
With the nominees already announced, will the organization consider Vinchenzo’s plea, or does the rapper have to wait for 2026’s edition?
