FAITH BWALYA TUMBLES, ELIMINATED FROM MISS WORLD 2025

Zambia’s representative Faith Bwalya has been eliminated from the ongoing 72nd edition of Miss World in Telangana India as she fails to make it to the semifinals of the prestigious event.
With the TOP 5 representing each continent being announced, Africa has seen Nigeria, Namibia, Cameron, Ethiopia, and Tunisia go to the semifinals of the event as they eye for the crown.
Faith Bwalya broke the long-standing record of Zambian representatives failing to make TOP 40 at the event as she made it to the quarterfinals(Africa TOP 10 contestants) – making it a first for Zambia.
Faith Bwalya has seen the most support a model from Zambia has recieved with the whole Zambian media rooting for her including the country’s first lady Mutinta Hichilema who said she was proud of her achievement regardless of the outcome and that is true for the rest of the country.
For Faith Bwalya, the journey doesn’t not end here as there is still more work to do – pursuing her Beauty with a Purpose goals she has shared along the way of her journey at the Miss World Festival since it started on May 7th.
The show goes on at the HITEX Convention Center as the viewers look forward to seeing who the new titleholder will be as Krystyna of Czech Republic crowns her successor.
