I ADORE AND SHARE A DEEP BOND WITH NATASHA CHANSA BUT WE ARE NOT IN A ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIP – AQUALASKIN
Multi-talented Zambian artist Aqualaskin took to his socials yesterday to “Clear the air” around his relationship with rapper Natasha Chansa after he said they were in a romantic relationship on an interview.
“If you know our vibe, you know we joke like that. It wasn’t meant to be taken seriously,” clarified Aqualaskin.
In the post, the singer continued to say he shares a deep bond that is deeper than romance. He further added that Natasha Chansa is like family to him, and they’ve got each other’s backs and a relationship he wouldn’t trade for anything.
For Aqualaskin, one thing is true, they are not together. “Now, for the record, Natasha might be in a romantic relationship or maybe not, but either way, it’s not with me.”
Despite the two sharing updates to social media that suggest otherwise, Natasha Chansa also shared a similar position in her May 2025 interview with Suecey on POWER TV.
She told Suecey, “When him and I get together, he’s just like look, you are so focused, you are peaceful, you are good company – I can get with you, we just fool around, we joke around and do abcd. Contrary to what people may think, Agua is like a genuinely big brother in the industry to me.”
The speculations about the two artists being together are not new as they span back to March 20th(Aqualaskin’s birthday) when Natasha Chansa shared an a video of her laying in his arms and calling him her “favourite person” and “king” in the caption.
Even though many social users are still skeptical about them not being in a relationship, the two have continuously dismissed the claims and maintained they are just very “close friends.”
