CHANDA BRIAN says being a book worm, he wanted to be a DOCTOR and growing up in Solwezi the only way he knew how to succeed in life was through education, which he still believes in.š±
ā “My main interest was actually medicine, that’s what I applied for. I got accepted, we even started but you know? There’s that part where, it’s now time to pay,” said Brian attributing dropping out of Copperbelt University’s School of Medicine due to financial difficulties.
Brian who got 6 points in his best 5 subjects at G12 added that he only got a bursary 3 years after completing G12.
Coupled with experience of selling fritters, sugar cane and other products in Solwezi for his grand mother, he then pursued business as he started designing T-Shirts.
