I LOST A DEAL WORTH $500,000, IT WAS NOT ACTING, WYCLIF MWAMBA SPEAKS ON GOING TO KAKANDE MINISTRIES

Speaking to Kenny T on Kenny T 1 ON 1 podcast, filmmaker Wyclif Mwamba opened up about his trip to Uganda’s KAKANDE MINISTRIES, which brought a lot of controversy on social media as they claimed his fall during a prayer was merely acting.

The filmmaker dismissed this claim, stating that his interaction with the prophet was powerful and he couldn’t understand it. He solidified his defense by stating that if it was acting, he would have used a plane and slept in a 5-star hotel paid for by the church, but he used a bus.
“Whatever was going on in my life was beyond me. Kwaleba Uncle Kenny, project yaisa so, project worth half a million dollars, film project, yalisapo. At a point of breakthrough mukusaina, people will just go mute on me,” the filmmaker gave some of the reasons he went to Kakande Ministries.
Wyclif Mwamba revealed that his four days bus journey to Uganda came after his friend from Zed Celebrities gave him a bus ticket.
The filmmaker told Kenny T that the church had no way of knowing the reasons for his visit but the prophet knew about his issues, aspirations and showed him videos of people he healed as proof of God’s presence, washing away his scepticism.
Mr. Mwamba said the clip people saw was just the tip of the iceberg as he had two encounters with the prophet. He added that he requested the other clip not to be shared publicly because of the people mentioned.
The prophet described a number of people who were making his life difficult, reminded him of sharing with people who help him, prophesied about his desire to own a Tyler Perry kind of studio and described buildings in Mindolo, Kitwe, something that shocked him because he didn’t shared that information them.
The filmmaker told Kenny T that the journey to Kakande Ministries was a success as he made new connections, produced his first movie in eight years “CONTRAVENE” which had over 1,500 cinema attendees, now producing another big movie with telenovela ZUBA lead star Mwaka Mugala and has since reopened his production house.
“There’s been a certain favor that has come, that I’m failing to understand because you know? Making a movie is very expensive, but wasanga fye ati ulusefye, balaisafwe papapapa budget yakumana mwa shooting’a film. I don’t regret going there,” said the filmmaker.
Wyclif Mwamba told Kenny T that the genuine man of God said he is not God but a bridge between the visible and invisible. Hence, one needs to create a personal relationship with God.
He further concluded that he would definitely advise someone to visit prophet Samuel Kakande at Kakande Ministries in Uganda.
