MORDECAII RELEASES ‘SELFLESS’ ALBUM
After several postponement, RnB and Afrobeat artist Mordecaii releases his highly anticipated first studio album SELFLESS.
The album first scheduled to be released in September was postponed several times due to differences with his former record label Kazadi Music, an feud many refered to as ‘a bad stunt to promote the album’.
Threats of suing Mordecaii where all over the his label owner David Kazadi’s Facebook, with the singer stating that he didn’t care as he went ahead releasing ‘Amen visualizer’ which was highly criticized for its poor quality production. His followers cited financial struggles being as he was no longer with the label.
His label later released a statement saying the fued was squashed and the artist would go ahead with the release of the album with this seemingly being an agreement to release it under Kazadi Music as songs on the album were recorded from the record label studios.
The track album features Killa, Popey and T Sean filled with RnB vibes which is what the singer is well known for. Spectators are looking on to see how far the album will go in term of revenue and stream. Will it cement the artist’s status in the industry? Only time will tell.
