MR CROWN’S INAUGURAL FESTIVAL RAISED BETWEEN 8 – 12K IN REVENUE

MR CROWN’s inaugural 3-day music festival in Livingstone raised approximately between K8,500 and K12,200 and featured over 31 artists.

“We launched the Shungu Namutitima Music Festival in Livingstone. And I am here to confirm that we had some tough times in the tourist capital. We expected to have 2000 people in attendance but only got between 500 and 600 in attendance on the second and third day,” he said in part.

The singer started his own festival after being snubbed at Mosi Day of Thunder. Despite the huddles, Mr. Crown calls for partnership as he takes the show to Kalomo.

“Arising from that, we shall go on a nationwide crusade to inform people about the new born music festival in L/stone so that next year, we can have more people in attendance,” added the singer.
