MWIZUKAJI AND BUKATA MET KIDIST, TENDAI, AND YO MAPS, BUT MWIZUKAJI DID NOT SHARE ANYTHING ABOUT IT
Amidst a stressful time for Zambians as they mourn their former republican president Edgar Lungu, The Olios decided to bring smiles to their frown faces when singer Yo Maps’ wife Kidist Kifle shared a photo of herself, and Mwizukanji, Yo Maps’ “baby mama” captioning it, “The mummy’s squad. Dear God, amen.”
The mood spectrum shifted to the right causing a frenzy on social media, but before they could recover from the manic state, Yo Maps threw in another update as he shared a short video of Tendai and Bukata walking side by side and eating popcorn together with his song “Bana Bandi” off My Hero album which is dedicated to his children playing in the background. “Proud father,” he captioned it.
The video went on to accumulating over a 150,000 reactions on Facebook signifying just how that moment is appreciated by his fans as they for a long time have called on the singer to unite the children – and at last their wish came true.
Well, the good day for the Olios fans was far from over, as another beautiful surprise hit them when Kidist Kifle shared an update on what appeared to be an outing. In one image, Tendai and Bukata were standing in a shopping trolley while in the other, Kidist was sitting close(hugging) Bukata wearing a huge smile while Tendai sat across the table.
These moments seem to mean a lot to the fans who, in the comment section, expressed excitement, admiration, and support for the act requesting the Olios to continue being close suggesting that it is good for the kids to bond.
One social user, Suzan Kanungwe Shitima, wrote, “As someone that has half siblings, I will tell you this. If they don’t bond while young, they will never have a relationship. It will just be a name ati, ooh! That’s my sister, so let them hang a lot together. Otherwise, Bukata will consider Mwizu(Kidist’s) kids as her siblings more.”
Despite this being a beautiful thing for Zambian social media today, some social users have expressed concern over Mwizukanji not posting a single update regarding the meeting between the took parties, which many believed was in lock heads.
Are their fans going to see progress in co-parenting and Bukata featuring in family events at the Olios’ palace and lives in general, and vice versa? Well, only time will tell, but the progress so far has excited them.
