ROBERTO’S “VITAMIN U” WAS THE FIRST ZAMBIAN SONG TO HIT 100,000 YOUTUBE VIEWS IN UNDER THREE DAYS

ROBERTO, true to his assertion, he is a trendsetter and a pioneer, changing the way Zambian music is consumed.

Following his strong stance of having his music on DSPs such as YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Music, etc, Roberto was able to persuade his music’s consumers to stream VITAMIN U’s music video featuring Tanzania’s Vanessa Mdee a 100,000 times in under three days becoming the first Zambian artist to do so.
Seven years on, the way Zambians consume music has evolved following the singer strong advocate for such platforms, and now Zambian artists are able to get those numbers in hours.
Roberto has repeatedly told artists to put their music on Spotify because when they’ll want international artists on their songs, their Spotify profile will most likely be the one requested because of how it’s not easy to manipulate those numbers.
Vitamin U featuring Vanessa Mdee is now closing in on a million YouTube views. Congratulations and keep on, Roberto.
