Jae Cash took to his social media to announce that his new album is done, signifying that the album will be released soon as its hundred percent (100%) recorded.
His previous offering was FREDDY VS JASON, a collaboration with rapper and singer, Jay Rox in 2023. Despite the album’s avarage commercial success, it highlighted the artist’s creativity and diversity enough to fuel an eager await for his next body of work.
“To all my fans I want to let you know that the album is done,” he said in a skit like presentation, with the artist’s hard core bars displayed on DJ Mzenga Man’s 2024 end of year cypher, it seems fans couldn’t hold it together to hear more information about the release date, tracklist and features.
The artist’s first announcement of the album was in September 2024 as he was pictured at the beach(river bank) apparently recording music in a post captioned, “ALBUM MODE MULLA!! After 2 & a half years later, I have finally gathered enough inspiration to create you my fans a whole body of work again which is initially set to drop in a few, inshalah,” he only requested if the fans could giving him 10 million streams in 24 hours, “dreaming is free” added the rapper.
Jae Cash’s influence on the Zambian music industry has been so monumental as seen from the popularity of his previous releases and street influence.
This will be his third solo studio album after successful two previous releases which include 2018’s Giovanni (named after his son) and 2021’s Chawama John Howard (names after a place he grew up from). The albums have aquired 1.3 million and 16.2 million Boomplay streams respectively, highlighting his growth and influence.

In the three years the Apa Ili So entertainment artist hasn’t released any music, he has released several singles notably ‘People Like Me featuring Yo Maps’ which has accumulated over 946,000 Spotify streams and 4.9 million YouTube views making is his biggest release on the platform, a truly impressive feat for the artist.
The fans can’t wait for the new release as several fans have been seen making comments asking the artist to give more information about the album as he was interrupted in the announcement skit, one user was noted saying, “Bad manners just give us the update.”
With another user saying, “Awe chafina I’ve been dreaming about the album and you at the same time.” Excitement was noted with this user saying,”Have bought 5000 power banks in cause ma right kulibe I don’t want to be shocked fulu line yamu cypher. Have been waiting for neighborhood album but still until now am still waiting.”
Fans look on to new merchandise, tour dates, album release and album launch for now only time is between them and the album.
