Songstress WEZI has been under heat the past few weeks as fans pressure her to release new music in efforts to end her over four-year musical drought.
The singer last official single NASUZGIKA was released over four years ago. Notably, the singer has featured on several songs and has done joint collaborations on singles such as CHAMPIONS and RICH COUNTRY POOR PEOPLE.
After mounting pressure, WEZI’s YouTube channel has seen some activities in a long time as she re-uploaded old songs, but the fans needed new music.
Like she told Zedify Online in July, 2024 – she also told her fans the same thing this time around, “New music is coming,” but is it?

A fan Patience Sisya queried if the singer enjoyed the “begging” as the shewas not showing signs of releasing the new music they asked for.
Wezi, in a now now deleted post, responded, “My sweetheart, it’s not an argument! I’m your girl, I’m working on it, this much is true… Give me more time, my love!!!”
The singer requoted Patience’s post and shared a similar message. For Patience Sisya and fellow fans, it’s now a matter of how much patience they have as the singer has neither shared possible release dates nor type of project (album or single) making the fans wait indefinitely.
Will the singer release new music? Well, the fans are staving and are begging for it, and all they can do now is wait!
