KINGTEC SAYS HE WOULD WORK WITH CHILE ONE IF HE PAYS; HE’S INDEPENDENT AND IT’S BUSINESS
Producer KINGTEC says he’d work with CHILE ONE despite his affiliation with YO MAPS, as he is not signed to record label and it’s just business for him.
■ “This is business at the end of the day. I mean, I’m in the music business. I’m not for, because someone is fighting with another person. By my studio, I’m an independent producer. Mind you, I’m not signed under any record label,” said KINGTEC in part.
“It would only be a problem if I were signed under a record label, but I’m an independent producer, so I can work with each and every artist that comes, as long as it’s business-oriented,” he added.
The producer emphasized that he would work with Chile One if he brought money and good stuff to the table.
However, the producer refused to speak on behalf of his fellow producer, C-MARK.
KINGTEC said this when he featured on POWER TV’s KWACHA KUSENI, hosted by Edna and Jay Kale, who asked him if he would break loyalty and work with the “Fwebakuchaume” hitmaker.
KINGTEC and C-MARK have produced or been involved in the production of 15 out of the 16 songs on YO MAPS’ VIBES ON VIBES album, which is set for release on 24th April 2026.
The two producers also worked on the majority of the songs on his previous album, MY HERO, and a number of singles, hence prompting the question.
