In our efforts to see just how much top Zambian artist Yo Maps’s music is listened to on YouTube, we decided to observe the number of views he would get in thirty days.
We started our views count on 22nd May, 2025, and we calculated the difference on 22nd June 2025, allowing for a full 30-day period to pass.
On the starting date, the singer had a total 159,047,823 number YouTube channel views. On the review date, Yo Maps had reached a total YouTube channel views of 169,642,536. This gave a difference of 10,594,713.
Over three and half million of the views he gained in the last thirty days are from his first official release of 2025, “Mr & Mrs,” which is currently sitting on 3.6 million YouTube views.
Singer Yo Maps has been setting trends and revolutionizing the way music is consumed in Zambia as he leads the pack as the most listened to artist in Zambia.
The singer also became the most subscribed to Zambian creative on the platform when he surpassed 700,000 subscribers.
If the singer continues on this trajectory, he will most likely hit 200 million YouTube channel views in less than four month’s time. What do you think about the singer’s milestone?
