LUSAKA lady says she won’t marry men she drinks and smokes with in clubs, just like those men won’t marry her; instead, she’ll marry the quiet and shy men who are at home.
“And in the same way they won’t marry girls they are partying with… even us, we won’t marry them. We are going to marry the quiet ones, those ones that are shy and won’t even say baby or mommy, ‘mom, let’s go home.'”
The lady went on to shame those men who beat their bums as they are dancing on tables in clubs: “Who is going to marry you? A man behaving like that in the clubs, eh? Looks at every light-skinned woman he sees like this?”
She continued, “We are not going to marry them; we are marrying the ones that are at home, the ones we don’t drink with.”
The lady has caused a frenzy on social media as men, including church boys who are keeping themselves for decent women with a clean past, feel threatened.
