Released on September 19th, 2018, rapper Slapdee’s LITUATION featuring Daev Zambia and Nigeria’s PATORANKING had the country on the edge of their sits in anticipation of its release.
The song was released in the evening and amassed over 100,000 YouTube views in one week, a feat difficult to achieve for Zambian artists at the time.
DAEV’s melodies and the two other artist’s verses were so infectious that people instantly fell in love with the song.
The song, produced by Mr. Stash got nominated for Best Collaboration(won) and Best Mainstream at the 2019 Kwacha Music Awards.
And now, the song sits at over 2.43 million YouTube views, making it Slapdee’s biggest career release on the platform.
