ARTIST DESERVE ATLEAST 20,000 KWACHA PER LOCAL PERFORMANCE – OZONE AFRICA

Olijaba Entertainment signed artist Ozone Africa took to his socials to share thoughts performance remuneration. He stated that artists deserve a minimum of 20,000 Kwacha per local performance.

“Time time, the lowest amount an artist should get pa local show is K20,000,” he said in part
Ozone Africa fantasized about a time when artists could buy a vehicle with money raised from local event performances alone.
This is something he says is attainable looking at the support their fans show in attending the local events that they headline.
The melodic singer also stressed the need for artists to work on their creativity in making music and during stage performances.
“May our consumers continue with the same support, I believe that local shows will produce countable big stars,” he concluded.
From Ozone Africa’s stand point, their fans show support by attending their local shows and therefore, the remuneration should be standardized to a minimum of 20,000 Kwacha, something that will help artists earning enough for a comfortable lifestyle and improve their craft.
