XAVEN says her favourite rapper CHEF 187 gave her her biggest career break after he featured her on his Bon Appétit album, as it got her signed to NEXUS MUSIC, earning her a car, an apartment, and a scholarship.
The rapper said CHEF 187 got to know her through her “Tuleya Tulekulaka” viral video and liked her style. He reached out through the “Indimba” owner and they worked.
Xaven said she knew she had made it when her relatives who never paid attention to her started posting her on their WhatsApp statuses.
Chef 187 featured her on “Mu City.”
