JEMAX SAYS NEXUS MUSIC BENEFITED MORE FROM HIM THAT HE DID FROM THEM

Rapper JEMAX says the NEXUS MUSIC label took more from him than he benefited from it and that it was not a record label for artists.

“I hate talking about that record label, you know?” Jemax told Kenny T.
■ The rapper explained that they promised him a lot in the contract but did not deliver as they kept telling him to “relax.”
He grew impatient as the label did things for other signees except him, despite promising all of them.
JEMAX decided to go independent and went on to release THE BOOGEYMAN album, which was his redemption after leaving the label, cementing his name and making people stop underrating him.
Jemax revealed financial struggles when creating the album but gave kudos to six producers, including Eazy The Producer, Fuego, King Nachi, and Witty Beats, who helped him put it together.
The rapper further told Kenny T that his album performed way better than he thought in such a short period, thanks to his fans.
Nevertheless, Jemax said he is open to working with a record label with caution, as long as the terms are fair and they fulfill their contractual obligations.
The rapper joined Nexus Music Entertainment in April 2021 on a 5-year deal, and he reportedly left the record label in late 2023.
